DATA OBJECT OF THE TREATMENT
PURPOSE AND LAWFULNESS OF THE TREATMENT
The personal data provided through the contact form are processed in compliance with the conditions of lawfulness pursuant to art. 6 lett. b GDPR 679/2016.
COMMUNICATION OF DATA AND TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD
The personal data sent with the forms on the website will be processed, using both electronic and manual tools, in compliance with all the appropriate security measures to guarantee its confidentiality and integrity for the sole purpose of responding as best as possible to the request made to us. The data may be transferred to recipients based outside the EU (eg Google Inc.) who have signed agreements aimed at ensuring an adequate level of protection of personal data.
METHOD OF TREATMENT
The processing of the personal data of the interested party is carried out by means of the operations indicated in art. 4 n. 2) GDPR 679/2016 and more precisely: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data. Personal data are subjected to both paper and electronic processing.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
The data will be kept for archival purposes, with the exclusion of communications to third parties and dissemination, applying the principles of proportionality and minimization.
NATURE OF THE PROVISION AND REFUSAL
The data indicated as mandatory in the contact form are necessary in order to subsequently allow the request for information to be processed, otherwise we will not be able to provide any response.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES
The interested party is guaranteed their rights as expressed by the articles. 15-22 of the GDPR 679/2016, including the right to access, rectify and delete data, the right to limit and oppose the processing, the right to withdraw consent to processing (without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on on the consent acquired before the revocation), as well as to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data.
